Party Hardy White Bean Dip

Makes 3 cups • Serving Size 1/3 cup


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped dried rosemary
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) cannelloni beans (or any white bean), drained
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper


  1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and add garlic, oregano, and rosemary; cook over medium-high heat until garlic begins to brown
  2. Add beans to skillet; toss to coat
  3. Transfer beans to a food processor, also adding water and spices; process until mixture becomes purred
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread

Zesty Lemon Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 2 to 4 hours • Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes • Serves 8 • Serving Size 4


  • ½ cup vodka or broth
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or white sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 ½ lbs. chicken wings


  1. In a large bowl or marinating bag, mix together all ingredients except chicken wings; stir to dissolve sugar and salt
  2. Add chicken wings to liquid and mix to coat; marinate in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place chicken wings in a single layer in the pan
  5. Pour marinade over wings, coating evenly and using a basting brush if necessary
  6. Bake until browned and meat is tender

Crispy Butternut Squash Fries

Cook time 30 minutes • Serves 6 • Serving Size 8 fries


  • 1 butternut squash, cut into sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. smoked or Hungarian paprika
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Pre heat oven to 425°F
  2. Toss and coat butternut squash sticks with spices and olive oil
  3. Place fries on a baking sheet or baking rack and cook until crispy, about 30 minutes
