No-bake protein cookies

  • 1.5 scoops protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • ½ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • Handful of chocolate chips


  1. Mix together all ingredients until completely incorporated; mixture will be thick
  2. Scoop onto parchment paper placed on a baking sheet or plate
  3. Place cookies into freezer at least 3 hours
