Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp. almond extract
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 6 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed thoroughly
  3. Pour into sheet pan and smooth to an even layer
  4. Bake 30 – 35 minutes, stirring about halfway through
  5. Remove from oven once granola is toasted and golden brown
  6. While cooling, stir occasionally to achieve smaller chunks, or do not stir to achieve larger granola chunks
