[Did you know?]

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are more than 250,000 fitness trainers and instructors in the country.

When I got my first issue of Healthy Living Made Simple, I was thrilled that Sams Club was becoming a part of members wellness strategies. I believe in the value of living a healthy life and am glad Sams Club is helping others achieve that goal, just as it has helped me. I wanted to reach out and share how Sams Club has enabled me to better serve my fitness-training clients and those who listen to my daily radio program about healthy living.

My show broadcasts six times a day on the American Forces Network (the largest radio network in the world) and is heard in more than 180 countries and on every U.S. military ship. Americas military services are committed to helping our serving personnel keep healthy and fit, and I’m proud to be able to contribute to that goal. I don’t think I would be able to do it without Sams Club in my corner.

My family and I have been Members of Sams Club in Dallas for more than 20 years. It’s the perfect place for me to shop weekly for my family and businesses. For my radio program, I purchase books that give me the latest information on exercise and healthy eating and use them to research content for my shows.

For my fitness training business, Sams Club offers exercise gear, including Pilates equipment and exercise DVDs, at low prices. Sams Club also has fitness clothing I wear to work, television appearances and public speaking engagements.

October is Women’s Health Month, and that topic is especially important to me. As a mother of four, I’m always looking for fresh, healthy produce at great prices, and that’s exactly what I get at Sams Club. It’s the first place I shop for my healthy eating and lifestyle needs, and its made life much easier during these trying economic times. Every week, I buy fresh strawberries, bananas, spinach, lettuce mixes, colorful peppers, blueberries, chicken, fish, low-fat dairy products and much more.

Sams Club is my healthy living headquarters, and I am grateful that I can get everything I need to keep my children, my clients, my listeners and myself healthy, all in one place.
