  • 1 ½ cups white flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted, melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat muffin tin with cooking spray, olive oil or paper liners.
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients, excluding the blueberries, until batter is smooth.rn
  • Gently fold fresh blueberries into the batter. Divide the batter between the cups and place in oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
