Ingredients

  • 8 apricots, halved and pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat outdoor grill (or indoor cast iron skillet) to medium-high heat.
  • Mix apricots, olive oil and salt together in a medium bowl.
  • Grill fruit about 6-7 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Serve as is, drizzle with honey for a sweet treat or pair with goat cheese chunks for a savory side dish.
