Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. table salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 24 halves pecan halves
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Beat eggs until foamy, then add melted butter, corn syrup, sugar and vanilla.
  • Gently mix in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust then place pecan halves on top.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crust and filling are a golden brown.
