Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 cups walnut halves
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1⁄2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. orange or lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place nuts on a cookie sheet and roast for 5-10 minutes or until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, mix the spices and oil together.
  • Place nuts in mixing bowl then drizzle spices and gently toss mixture.
