- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 can salmon drained and chunked
- 1 purple onion, diced
- 4-6 Romano tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette
- In a large serving bowl add spinach, salmon dressing. Use as much onion, tomato as you like.
- Peal and cut lemons into small wedges before adding to salad mix. Lightly drizzle vinaigrette.
