Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can salmon drained and chunked
  • 1 purple onion, diced
  • 4-6 Romano tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  • In a large serving bowl add spinach, salmon dressing. Use as much onion, tomato as you like.
  • Peal and cut lemons into small wedges before adding to salad mix. Lightly drizzle vinaigrette.
